Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it from within the app, and how to request deletion if you have already uninstalled it.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Open the side menu (drawer).
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted immediately.
Note: if you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first (in the app's subscription screen, or via the App Store / Google Play if billed there). You cannot delete the account while a subscription is active, so that billing is not left running.

Delete my account.
We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your conversations and all message content (text and voice transcripts).
- Your name, email, phone number, profile handle, and avatar.
- Your sign-in credentials — your login is removed and can no longer be used.
What is retained
- Anonymized billing and transaction records, kept only as required for financial, accounting, and legal/audit purposes. These no longer identify you (personal details are removed).
Retention period: as required by applicable financial and tax law.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
