beingworld ("the App", "we", "us", "our") is an app by beingAI.
beingworld is a place where humans and AI beings meet, interact,
learn from each other, and grow together. The AI beings here are designed to support people
on their path to happiness, wellbeing, and wisdom. This Privacy Policy explains what
information we collect when you use the App, how we use it, who we share it with, and the
choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
You can use the App anonymously (without an account) with limited free usage; some
information is only collected if you create an account.
2.1 Account information (when you sign up or sign in)
Email address — required to create and access your account.
Name — optional; only if you provide it (for example, via Google sign-in).
A unique user identifier generated for your account.
We support sign-in by email/password and by Google (OAuth). We do not
collect your Google password; authentication is handled by the provider.
2.2 Content you create
Messages — the text you send in chat is transmitted to our servers and
stored as part of your conversation history so you can resume conversations.
Voice recordings — if you use voice chat, your audio is transmitted to
our servers, transcribed, and stored to provide and improve the conversation.
AI responses generated during your conversations.
2.3 Subscription and purchase information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, we record your subscription status and
history (plan, billing period, renewal/expiry).
Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe on Android,
Apple In-App Purchase on iOS). We do not collect,
receive, or store your card number or bank details — these are handled directly by the
payment processor.
2.4 Technical information
A small amount of technical data needed to operate the service, such as the
app version and your chosen language, is sent with requests.
We do not collect device advertising identifiers, precise or approximate
location, photos, or videos, and we do not use third-party advertising or
analytics SDKs in the App.
3. How we use your information
Provide the core chat features (text and voice) and generate AI responses;
Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
Save and let you resume your conversation history;
Provide, manage, and renew subscriptions and process payments via our payment processors;
Maintain the security, reliability, and quality of the service;
Comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not
share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with service
providers who process it on our behalf to deliver the App, including:
Supabase — authentication and account management;
Stripe / Apple — payment processing (subscriptions);
Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google (authentication).
These providers are bound to use the information only to provide their service to us. We may
also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WSS).
5. Data retention
We retain your account information and conversation history for as long as your account is
active or as needed to provide the service. We retain transaction records as required for
legal, accounting, and tax purposes.
6. Your choices and rights
Anonymous use: You can use the App without creating an account; in that
case we do not collect your email or name.
Delete your account and data: You can delete your account at any time
from within the App (open the side menu and tap "Delete Account"). If you have already
uninstalled the App, you can request deletion at our
account deletion page.
Deleting your account removes your conversations, message content, and personal details;
anonymized transaction records may be retained where required by law.
Access / correction: To request access to or correction of your personal

We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or
CCPA, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
7. Children's privacy
The App is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information,

8. International data transfers
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country. Where
we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it is protected consistent
with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date
above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after
changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
